Discerning footwear and fashion buyers looking for medium-to-high quality footwear this season, need look no further than The Kensington Shoe Event. Located right in the heart of London, this ‘boutique’ show, held twice yearly, in March and September, is a treat not to be missed.

n display, retailers will find a variety of brands offering an exciting cross section of Europe’s best factories and designers.
These are some of the best selling brands in the UK, for shoe and fashion retailers. The timing of the Event, just after the major European shows allows the retailers to have a clear mind on what to buy in a relaxed and informal environment. Entry to the show is free of charge, and
visitors can relax on sumptuous sofas and enjoy the comfort of a five-star hotel, with refreshments (tea, coffee and pastries) offered throughout the day. Exhibitors and visitors can also choose to have late appointments where necessary, as there is not a set 'lock-up' time in the hotel.

At this month’s Event there will be over 55
of the industry’s top brands on display from many new and original collections that reflect the latest trends for Spring/Summer 2012. Making a debut at the Kensington Shoe Event
this season, will be leading French footwear agent Bernard Lefresne who will be showing Thierry Rabotin and Candice Cooper, both fashionable, luxury brands, offering absolute comfort and the highest quality materials. Showing for the first time in the UK
WOOLLY/GLORIA GRIMALDI, an Italian range of classy ballerinas and trendy driving pumps. Other collections being shown here for the
first time include AALM; ARMAND BASI; COWA; LUCILAND and NINAS AL SALON.
This last brand has been created in Barcelona by a famous Shoe Entrepreneur called Carlos Baque who rightly noted that most collections, in trying to be fashionable, often forget the importance of really good "basics". The NINAS AL SALON collection fills that gap!!!
