RCI signifi cantly enhanced its weeks holiday exchange programme and membership benefi ts, which relaunched in November last year. In May we carried out a global RCI weeks Enhancements Survey to see if we had got it right by providing you with an improved service and just over 100,000 members responded. As many as 60% of those


responding said they strongly believed enhancements to their membership would help them to get their desired holiday, while more than 30% said they would now be happy to recommend RCI membership to family and friends as a great way to holiday. Complete transparency of trading power rated highest among survey


respondents in increasing their satisfaction with RCI. 70% of survey respondents indicated they intend to combine their deposits in the next 12 months to get the holiday of their dreams. Members that have combined weeks deposits and deposit credits on their accounts – received where the trading power for a chosen week is less than that used – tell us they have been delighted to holiday in resorts with a higher trading power, not previously accessible to them. It seems members now have the


fl exibility and transparency they need to get the maximum value from timeshare ownership and RCI membership, but that doesn’t mean RCI will stop working to bring you more …
