Escape to the mountains
If your idea of a holiday is the chance to get away from it all, then a fabulous newly affi liated RCI resort in Slovakia could be just the place. The Residence Club is located in the stunning mountain village of Donovaly in the Low Tatras National Park. As you might expect, the views are magnifi cent. The area is home to one of Slovakia’s largest winter resorts with more than seven miles of ski slopes, and is also popular during the summer months, offering a variety of activities. The Residence Club’s luxuriously furnished
one- and two-bedroom apartments offer wonderful views. There is also 24-hour room service courtesy of the adjacent Residence Hotel, where guests can enjoy amenities including an Ayurveda and Spa Centre.
An Egyptian Delight
Idyllically located on Ras Om El Sid Cliff in Sharm El Sheikh, RCI’s latest Egyptian resort offers guests a real taste of paradise. Aptly-named the Royal Paradise Resort, the seafront property is surrounded by landscaped gardens and walkways leading to its own private sandy beach, where the crystal-clear sea contains beautifully- preserved corals. In addition to the private beach, facilities at the resort include two swimming pools, a children’s pool, diving centre, water sports centre — where you can enjoy diving, snorkeling, windsurfi ng, fi shing and more — health club, billiards, handball, football, volleyball, tennis and mini basketball. There are also several bars and restaurants, a nightclub, disco and a coffee shop. All rooms have a balcony overlooking
the pool, sea or garden area, and facilities include a private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, fridge, air conditioning. The hotel-style resort also has a shopping centre and offers laundry and dry cleaning services, safety deposit boxes and has an on-call doctor, and is just 20 minutes from Sharm el Sheikh Airport.
Paradise in Turkey
RCI’s latest resort in Turkey is a haven for sun worshippers and beach lovers. Kamelya World Vacation Club (KWVC) is
part of the luxurious Kamelya World Holiday Complex — a stunning seafront resort in Colakli that also contains two fi ve-star hotels and a holiday village. With beautiful views over the glistening Mediterranean, the resort is a holidaymaker’s paradise, with amenities and attractions to suit every type of visitor. There’s an Aqua Park, tennis courts
and water sport facilities for the more active, or simply relax in the sauna or traditional Turkish Bath at the Spa and Wellness Centre. Why not round off the day by taking in a show at the outdoor theatre which stages live music and traditional Turkish cabaret? Accommodation at the resort will initially be in rooms at one of the resort’s fi ve-star hotels before the timeshare units are complete in 2013.
