Henley (UK) MBA Bursary a 100% fees bursary for an exceptional candidate

Henley Business School is offering a 100% fees bursary, worth over 350,000 ZAR, to a suitable candidate to study the MBA on the Full-time one-year programme, starting this October.

Available to applicants to study Full-time in the UK from October 2011

The Alumni Fund Bursary, made possible through the philanthropic support of Henley’s alumni, is for an experienced manager in southern Africa and will be awarded to an exceptional candidate who Henley determines will add greatest value to the programme.

To be eligible for the bursary the candidate will need to submit a full applica- tion which will include:

Disclosure of current salary.

Evidence of managerial experience (3 years minimum) – the applicant should be able to demonstrate a strong career history that will allow the recipient to contribute significantly to class discussions in a way that will enhance the experience of their classmates.

Through an essay the individual should make a compelling case about how they intend to use their knowledge from the Henley MBA back in their workplace/community/society to make a positive impact.

The deadline for the bursary application is 5 pm on Friday 12 August. Candidates shortlisted for the bursary will be invited to a selection day at Henley Business School’s South African campus in Bryanston.

The successful applicant will be required to apply for a student Visa to study in the UK and to find accommodation, both of which Henley will be able to offer advice on. Please note that the bursary will cover the complete fees for the Full-time MBA course – living, travel, study trip and extra material costs will need to be covered by the successful candidate.
