I’m going through a stage where everyone is telling me what to do with my life. I don’t know who to listen to or which direction to take.

You need a life “road map”

Somewhere

along the line we all experience some loss of direction in life. That’s the time we need to listen to our inner core and refind our truth.

Life’s full of choices

You decide what’s important to you and choose your own path.

If you have ever tried to read a roadmap I’m sure you will have realized that there is more than one way to get anywhere.

You choose your destination and the road to get there.

The main freeway may appear shorter but is in fact congested.

Just because everyone else is

doing it or everyone else has got one, does not necessarily mean it’s good for you.

Before you set off decide on a route. Stick to it as best possible, but know that an alternate route may prove better along the way, so be flexible to change.

The more defined your values and goals are, the less likely you are to waste time making detours or spending time in the wrong places. Also the less it will bother you that you are taking the road less travelled, instead of trying to be ‘mainstream’, or just adding to the traffic congestion, where you could crash and burn.

So before you set off, consider your values and goals carefully and then map out your course!
