Greg’s Granola
Dry Ingredients 3 1/2 C rolled oats 1/4 C brown sugar 1/4 C almond flour 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 C unsweetened coconut flakes 3 tbs flax seed 3 tbs sesame seeds 1/2 C pumpkin seeds 1/2 C sunflower seeds
Wet Ingredients 1/4 C canola oil 2 tbs honey 1 tbs pure maple syrup 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 tsp almond extract
Final Toppings 1/2 C crushed walnuts 1/2 C crushed pecans 1/2 C crushed almonds Two bags of dried mixed berries or your favorite dried fruit
DIRECTIONS FOR GRANOLA: oven at 350 degrees. Mix together dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix together wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix. Place all ingredients on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake 10 minutes, remove from oven and mix, add more honey if getting dry. Bake 10 more minutes, remove from oven and stir, as before, add more honey if dry. Bake for a final 10 minutes. Remove, add the final toppings and of course, more honey if you wish to do so. Allow to cool and enjoy!
