Wolstenholme as property and packages underwriter.


He joins the company from Zurich Insurance where he was senior market underwriter. Prior to that he held various senior-level underwriting roles specialising in global liability classes.


HSB


HSB Engineering Insurance Limited appoint Chantell Scott as development executive.


She has 14 years experience in commercial insurance. Prior to HSB, she was a development executive at Axa Solutions and also has previous experience as a commercial underwriter for General Accident and as a development executive for MIA and RHG in Stevenage.


Brett Sainty Barbon


Barbon Insurance Group Limited appoint Brett Sainty as its new head of business for commercial property insurance specialist Cadogan Keelan Westall.


He brings 23 years’ insurance industry experience to the role and joins from Lucas Fettes & Partners where he was director of general insurance and a member of the Executive Committee.


QuestGates Chantell Scott Argo


Argo International expands its Casualty team with the appointment of two claims professionals; Birgit Vosper as deputy liability claims manager and Martin Frost as senior liability claims adjuster. Birgit Vosper joins Argo International with 10 years’ experience in the casualty market and joins from Brit Insurance where she was senior claims handler. With over 11 years’ casualty experience, Martin Frost joins the company from Munich Re, where he was most recently Claims Specialist.


QuestGates appoint Howard Lloyd-Jones as technical manager. He was previously project manager at Rapid Support Services and prior to that he was operations manager at Ashworth Mairs Loss Adjusters (now Merlin). With a degree in construction management and a background in both construction surveying and insurance, he has held operational roles for both loss adjusting companies and contractors .


ACE ACE appoint Graham


Chesman as multinational claims client executive for the ACE European Group.


He has worked with the company for 31 years, most recently in the role of UK & Ireland claims manager and has 36 years experience in the insurance industry and over the last 28 years has held a number of both technical and general claims management roles.


Carole Nash


Carole Nash has added to its boardroom team with the recruitment of financial services executive Dave Cullen as its operations and sales director. He joins from the LSL Property Group and brings some 20 years financial services operational experience having held key roles at Barclays Bank’s Woolwich direct mortgage business, AXA Insurance, Norwich Union’s (Aviva) joint operation with RBS and Your Move estate agency.

She has a career spanning over 20 years in business to business marketing of IT software services and previously held senior marketing roles at Cap Gemini and within


telecommunications groups AT&T Istel Ltd and Marconi.

Antares appoint Isi Wilkey to the finance team of Antares Managing Agency Limited (AMAL). She will hold the position of project accountant.


She joins the company from The Royal Bank of Scotland where she was employed for nine years. During her time at RBS, she held a variety of roles, including senior accountant, senior financial accounting manager and latterly senior project manager.

experience and prior to joining the company, he was regional liability manager with GAB Robins.

He joins the company from GE Capital Equipment Finance where he was an account manager. Prior to this he worked as a team leader at Royal & Sun Alliance.

Jubilee Managing Agency Limited appoint Nigel Hartley as a new underwriter for Syndicate 779. He joins the company from Syndicate 389 (Brit Syndicates Limited) where he latterly managed the run off of the Syndicate’s life operations.
