ITT Corporation plans to separate into three independent publicly traded companies
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — ITT Corporation announced that its board of directors has unanimously approved a plan to separate the company’s businesses into three distinct, publicly traded companies. Under the plan, ITT would execute tax-free spinoffs to shareholders of its water-related businesses and its Defense & Information Solutions
Lochinvar announces completion of warehouse expansion
LEBANON, TENN.— Lochinvar Corporation has completed the expansion of its finished product warehouse facility at company

segment. Following completion of the transaction, ITT will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange as an industrial company that supplies highly engineered solutions in the aerospace, transportation, energy and industrial markets. Under the plan, ITT shareholders will own shares in all three corporations following the
completion of the transaction. ITT senior management and its

NAOHSM announces annual convention events
HERSHEY, PA.— NAOHSM (National Association of Oilheating Service Managers) will hold its 58th Annual Convention and Trade Show in Hershey, Pa. from May 22 – 26, 2011. The 2011 theme is “Celebrating Christmas in May” and will feature several special events for attendees. The Dave Nelsen Memorial Golf
Tournament will begin on Monday, May 23, at 1:00 p.m. at the Iron Valley Golf Club with a shotgun start and scramble format. Although golf has been a part of past conventions, this is our first “real” tournament. Join us for golf and lunch. Prizes will be awarded at a cocktail party following the tournament. All proceeds go to the association’s scholarship fund for students planning to further their education in the oilheat industry. The trade show will take place on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
