Meanwhile, other doors were opening as well. Arizona State asked Mark about teaching an architecture course within their School of Interior Design. This led to a friendship with the head of their Art Department and the inclusion of Mark’s initial jewelry pieces in a show there at the University. Along came an interested buyer from NY and then, the jewelry itself began to take off.
