English-speaking nations such as US and Canada are the second most likely target markets to be approached, followed by the Middle East, Asia, Russia and Eastern Europe.

 

Yet of all the potential markets for UK exporters, China seems to hold the greatest opportunities. PricewaterhouseCoopers estimates China will become the world’s largest economy within the next 20 years.
