Corporation, a leading materials developer for the printed electronics market, based in Skokie, Illinois, USA. Polyera develops and commercializes organic semiconductors and dielectrics for organic thin-film transistors (OTFT) and organic photovoltaics (OPV), enabling applications such as flexible display back- planes, printed RFID tags and printed solar panels. This investment is being made under Polyera’s series B financing, in which its prior investors are participa- ting.

tity (IDIQ) contract from Federal Prisons Industries, Inc. to supply integrator services for PV Systems for Federal customers of UNICOR. The contract is for

a five year term with five, one-year renewal options at a total value not to exceed $75 million over the contract period with no guaranteed minimum.
