Their dream was to build a Children’s Neigh- borhood to care for the abused, neglected and abandoned children. The dream is now a reality. In 2008, the Susanna Wesley Emergency Shelter and Blessings House Family Foster Home opened to provide homes and keep brothers and sisters together. In 2009, the Dugas Family Foundation Neighborhood Center and the Kids’ Clubhouse Recreation Center opened. Sue Sue’s Cot- tage Family Foster Home and Opportunity Home Teen Transi- tion opened.
