METS 2010 incorporating the SuperYacht Pavilion Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS) 2010, the world’s largest trade exhibition of marine equipment, materials and systems for the international marine leisure industry is organised by Amsterdam RAI under the auspices of ICOMIA (International Council of Marine Industry Associations). The SuperYacht Pavilion (SYP) is an exclusive ‘show within a show’ solely dedicated to suppliers of products and services to the large luxury yacht market. The associated Global Superyacht Forum (GSF) organised by The Yacht Report Group with high profile speakers and over 350 delegates joins with the SYP to ensure METS maintains a unique spotlight on the luxury yacht market.

Location METS 2010 inc. the SuperYacht Pavilion is organised by Amsterdam RAI and located in the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre. METS 2010 is located in Halls 1 – 5 of the Europa Complex, Halls 9 and 11 of the Holland Complex, and in the Elicium. The SuperYacht Pavilion is located in Hall 10 of the Holland Complex.

Admission charge The admission charge is € 200.00 (incl. VAT) per person. Upon presentation of an invitation card, a badge or an e-mail confirmation of registration, the admission is free of charge for trade visitors only.
Parking The parking rate at the Amsterdam RAI garage and the car parks around Amsterdam RAI is € 15.00 for each visit. The car parks close at midnight.
RAI General Information desks General information on the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre and METS 2010 is available at two information desks located in the Europa Complex entrance (ground floor) and in the Holland Complex entrance (1st floor).
Exhibitor and Business Services The Exhibitor Services Centre is located in the entrances of the Europa Complex (ground floor) and the Holland Complex (1st floor) . The Business Desk next to the Exhibitor Services Centres are equipped with paid on-line PCs, a fax machine and a photocopier.
Free Internet Services Free access to computers with internet is available in the Cyber Corners

Public Transport METS 2010 offers visitors one free NS [Dutch Railways] return ticket between Amsterdam Schiphol and Amsterdam RAI during the trade show. Amsterdam RAI’s aim is to stimulate the use of public transport. Discount

travel is also available from other NS stations: a NS return ticket can be purchased for only € 9.50 and is valid from any station in the Netherlands. Train tickets can only be ordered online by professional attendees when they pre-register for METS and the SuperYacht Pavilion. Next to train discounts, visitors can also take the GVB [Amsterdam Municipal Public Transport] buses, trams and metros at reduced rates. For more information see also at Visitor Support Services.
Automated Teller Machine There is an ATM machine in both entrances of the Holland Complex and the Europa Complex, where you can withdraw money with your bank or credit card.

Restaurants Amsterdam RAI has several restaurants, coffee bars and café/pubs offering their services during METS 2010. Also on-site catering facilities are present on the METS and SYP exhibition floor. Check out the METS 2010 pull out floor plan in this catalogue for all on-site catering locations.
Badges On the RAI premises it is mandatory to wear your badge at all times for safety and security reasons.
Smoking prohibited As a result of the European tobacco legislation, Amsterdam RAI is smoke- free. For the convenience of smokers, Amsterdam RAI has arranged smoking areas in several outdoor locations. Outside the entrances are smoking columns for exhibitors and visitors.
First Aid - Fire service - Security Amsterdam RAI has an external and internal emergency number for First Aid, Fire Services and Security. An emergency call can be made to +31(0)20 549 1234 or at one of the internal telephones located on walls or partitions in the RAI building to telephone number: 1234. The call will be handled by a security officer who will take appropriate action.
Lost and found Found property can be handed in at the reception or at the information desk in the entrances of the Holland Complex and the Europa Complex. Lost property can be reported or collected here as well.
Theft Visitors, who have had property stolen, are requested to report this to the reception or to the information desk at the entrances of the Holland Complex and the Europa Complex.
Photographs It is not permitted to photograph, film or record on video any stands or exhibits on the exhibition floor including the DAME presentation, unless the exhibitor in question has given his permission. Special arrangements apply to press and stand photographers.
