• Proof of identity • Proof they are over 18 • Proof they are single (decree absolute if divorced, previous marriage certificate and spouse’s death certificate if widow/ widower) • Must not be divorced less than 310 days • Change of name deed if applicable • Adoption certificate if applicable • Passports valid for at least six months from the date of entry to Thailand
Marriages must be registered with a registrar with an Amphur, a ceremony is not legally binding on its own. Marriage certificates are provided in
