Lerato Mosiah
holds four degrees. Her career started as a medical sales representative in 1995 at Adcock Ingram and
she has steadily progressed in the hospital and health care industry to her current position of General Manager.
The nominator Jenny Young says: Lerato Mosiah really cares for her staff. She is a real people’s person, who motivates, rewards, find solutions, and backs up her staff.
Our department has a vast diversity of people, and she treats all the same; she respects each person and has no favourites. She is a great listener and takes everyone’s opinion into consideration. Lerato is the best.

Of Melanie Chait, Ntebo Rajuili, the nominator, says: Melanie has held board positions in the media and is highly accomplished. Yet she continues to lead with humility and constantly demands excellence through demonstration and self sacrifice. Her optimism is infectious!
She provides clear leadership but allows staff the freedom to contribute to the growth of the organisation.
