The sixth edition of MESS AROUND trade fair, at Paris Porte de Versailles

in the Hall 2-1, from 5 to 7 of September 2010, gathered more than 450 brands and held its promises. The launch of the child’s area, MINI MESS, the setting of a space dedicated to young designers and emerging brands, and the new leather goods and luggage’s area increased the offer and created an event that boosted the offer and the visitorship. Figures confirmed the growing interest for MESS AROUND: 7497 visitors

attended the tradeshow which means a boost of 37% compared to September 2009, and a growth of 83% of foreign visitors from 50 different countries (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland, New Caledonia , Japan, China, India). The tradeshow welcomed buyers of the traditional shoe market (49% of

the visitors) but also succeeded in attracting a new range of buyers from leather goods market (23% of the visitors) or textile (19% of the visitors), highly interested in MESS AROUND’s new universes: MINI MESS, COMING SOON which presented new designers and emerging brands, and the leather goods and luggage area. 54% of the visitors actually came for the kid’s offer (more than 80 brands)

and confirmed the interest created by the launch of MINI MESS, a special area dedicated to the kid’s universe (shoes, accessories, decoration, textile).

The next edition of the trade fair will take place at Paris Porte de Versailles,

from Saturday 22 to Tuesday 25 of January 2011.
