High efficiency RDM controls for new Aviva Stadium


Dublin’s new Aviva Stadium is equipped with 64 cold rooms, all controlled by an RDM Data Manager. The installation required 8km of ethernet cabling to connect the refrigeration systems and controls. It supports the stadium’s vast catering facility, which serves 50,000 capacity crowds. Building controls expert, ICS (Eastern), has installed a new building management system in six operating theatres for Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey. This included the automation of several of the theatres’ special ‘air curtains’ around operating tables to help keep infection at bay. These are connected to the system and can be easily accessed by the surgeon.
