This individual, who will report directly to the Owner/CEO, will need to provide stra- tegic direction towards the growth and development of the company for two locations, Cleveland, Ohio and Markesan, Wisconsin.
The expected qualifications include a proven track record in senior management; highly developed leadership qualities; strong level of knowledge in operational and financial functions; fifteen or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment; college degree in business or related field preferred.
