site in our Millennium Wood which is a quiet area away from the farm. It means we can get the garden birds out from the cages a lot quicker and this benefits their feathering and helps them build up condition before eventually being given the choice to go free.

Three of our grassed fox pens have been changed into swan pens with specially designed pools that will allow bathing and they have special slatted sides to allow easy access in and out of the water. With the large number of swans that we look after each year these pens will be very valuable for improved care of these beautiful birds. Sadly we still have a high number coming in to us because of discarded fishing tackle.

Eventually we hope to get a grant so that we can harvest water from our roofs which will reduce the water rates which are high because we are on water meter.
We certainly have a lot to twitter about this year - much of it made possible by you. Thank you so much!!
