Pendulum rides, the generic term used to describe Frisbee-style attractions, continue to be a popular line of attractions for several European manufacturers. Looping cars and full 360-degree rotation now make these attractions even more intense. Here's four new rides recently released onto the market

New from the Fabbri Group, this giant construction debuted at the April Fair in Seville, Spain, under the ownership of the Bañuls family. The ride uses a 40-metre arm similar to Fabbri’s Booster propeller ride, but on a slight slant.
Instead of a single car at each end of the arm, Loop Fighter
there is a group of four cars at the bottom, with a counter weight at the other end. This increases capacity whilst reducing loading time. Not only do the cars loop, they also rotate horizontally around the bottom of the main arm. The travelling ride packs onto just two trailers.
A second unit is already under construction for a customer in France.

XXL It doesn’t go upside down, but it doesn’t matter. KMG’s XXL is a beast of a ride that steals the show at any fun fair or carnival. The third version of the ride, which swings up to
Loop Fighter
45-metres high, was recently delivered to the Belgian showman Jacky Dotremont and can be found open until July 4 the Sinksenfoor in Antwerp. The 20-seater ride occupies a 13 x 18-metre
footprint and includes such features as stainless steel fences, an integrated RR sound system and wireless remote control of hydraulics during set up. Decorated by EK Atelier in Germany, the ride also features LED lighting. To make way for the attraction, Dotremont sold
his KMG Afterburner (a smaller pendulum ride) to a showman in France. XXL is mounted on three semi-trailers and can be set up without a crane.
