Monthly Intention Class Leads Students to their Desired Destination
help individuals reach their innermost potential. The fi rst Sunday of every month, the center will teach an “Intention Class.” Essentially, a clear intention is more likely to bring a person to his or her chosen destination. In contrast, an unclear intention—or lack of intention—leaves one to drift around guided by unconscious patterns that lead nowhere. Through crystal bowl resonance, breathing, chanting and meditation, participants will be able to clear, refi ne and strengthen their intentions and head in the direction of their own dreams. The next class will be led by Yoga Master Edely Wallace on Sunday May 2, 10:30 am—12 pm. Cost is $10. Call 407- 354-0909 to reserve your space.
