Lokomat
®
– Functional locomotion therapy
with Augmented Feedback
The Lokomat system automates functional locomotion therapy on a
treadmill and improves the efficiency of treadmill training in patients
with neurological movement disorders. As an option, the device
offers an innovative Augmented Feedback function which allows
patients to practice functional exercises interactively and playfully
in a virtual environment. This shall improve the motivation of the
patients and might increase the therapy effect.
The Lokomat offers
