Siena Athletics (continued)
Siena’s men’s basketball team makes its home at the Times
Union Center in downtown Albany. The Times Union Center is a
regionally-acclaimed facility billed as Upstate New York’s premier
sports and entertainment destination. Since its full-time move to
the Times Union Center prior to the 1996-97 season, the men’s
basketball teams’ home attendance has soared into the top-80 in
the country. A record 127,453 fans (7,497/game) turned out for
Siena’s 17 home games last season.
