Reading and Healing with The
Presence Process
R
enew Yoga and The Front Porch
Counseling Center present a
unique opportunity to share in the
journey of healing with others by read-
ing and participating in “The Presence
Process”. In The Power of Now, Eckhart
Tolle taught us that living in the “now”
is the path we must take to happi-
ness and enlightenment. In his new
book, The Presence Process: A Healing
Journey into Present Moment Aware-
ness, Michael Brown teaches us how
to do this, and lays out a sensible step-by-step plan that will
enable us to heal the ghosts from our past so we can lead
liberated lives—now! Brown shows us how to step beyond
our personal physical, mental, and emotional afflictions and
addictions, and empowers us to grow into a new wholeness.
The group will start on Sunday, October 25 at 5:30 p.m.
at Renew Yoga in Daytona Beach and meet twice monthly on
Sunday evenings. Attendees are asked to purchase a copy of
The Presence Process by Michael Brown and read parts one
and two. The group will begin part three together, beginning
with session one.
Renew Yoga is located at 224 S. Beach St. #105, in Daytona
Beach. If you are interested, please call 238-0909 or visit
