ChrisReeve(whoacceptedtheawardalongwithbusiness
partnerClareBanks)toldLitebook,“Weactuallyentered
threepicturesintothecategory;andasidefromwinning,
thebestthingwas,allthreeimageswesubmittedmadeit
throughtotheshortlistof5.
Itwasanhonourforustowintheawardandwehaveto
thank Bowens for their continued
supportovertheyears,thewinning
image was actually a commission
from Bowens to demonstrate the
RingflashPro;well,actually,allthree
images we submitted were
commissioned by Bowens for their Ringflash Pro
marketingcampaign.”
Chriscontinued,“Backin2008wealsoreceivedameritin
the ‘Fashion, Advertising and Product’ category, at the
‘International Photography Awards’ for the Bowens
RingflashProcampaignshots.”
It looks as though ReeveBanks has found a winning
formula;backin2004ChrisandClarereceivedameritat
the ‘International Photography Awards’ for another
commissioned shot from Bowens, for the Travelpak
advertisingcampaign.
