Production Resource Group’s new London base
will be located at The Hoover Building in west
London. The well-known Art Deco landmark
will provide a home for PRG Lighting’s rental
team and PRG Distribution’s sales team.
The company’s custom gobo production will
also be housed at the facility, with additional
space for CAD/ WYSIWYG and customer meeting
rooms.
Martin Locket, who was recently appointed
CEO of Production Resource Group UK Ltd, which
encompasses PRG Lighting, Essential Lighting,
PRG Distribution and Summit Steel, commented:
“The Hoover Building provides an ideal location
for PRG’s customer facing teams and is the final
piece in the company’s restructuring of its UK
locations.”
Richard Williams has taken the role of chief
operating officer & chief financial officer within
PRG’s UK Group. He will stay closely involved in
the running of the Group’s 168,000ft

operation.
In order to expand its technical services
for customers in the region, Meyer Sound is
establishing a European technical support centre
within the Meyer Sound Germany facility in
Montabaur, north-east of Frankfurt. In 2001,
Luke Jenks was appointed as director of European
technical support to drive this effort.
Monday 16 February was a Red Letter Day for
the lovely Liz Madden who, after seven years with
the multi award-winning Eat To The Beat, started
a new career with the ES Group as head of sales &

Ben Tubb has joined the management team
at Eat To The Beat’s parent company, the Global
Infusion Group management team as head of
finance. He had previously worked for Absolute
Taste Ltd (part of the McLaren Group).
Andy Brown has been promoted to head of
digital console strategy for Soundcraft Studer. For
the past 12 years he has specialised in product
management and most recently spearheaded
the development of the company’s large-format
digital platform, the Soundcraft Vi Series, with the
