While immersed in college design studies, she quickly decided that a ca- reer in planning architectural interiors was what interested and inspired her most. “I was lucky to find it my freshman year…it just seemed to click with me and it was just such an enjoyable thing,” Bartlett remembers. “I could be working on a project and three hours would pass and I wouldn’t even know it.”


At Marmon Mok, Bartlett’s team oversees all interior programming, which involves collabo- rating with project officials and owners, layout planning, art coordination, and selecting furni- ture, furnishings and equipment.


In addition to work responsibilities, Bartlett also dedicates her talents to professional and civic


organizations. Bartlett is a past President of the American Institute of Architects, San Antonio Chapter; a Director on the Texas Society of Architects board; a member on the Alamo Heights Architectural Review Board; a mem- ber of the University of Texas in San Antonio’s Interior


Advisory Design Council; serves as


a juror for NeoCon; and is a member of the International Facility Managers Association.
