Olivia Allan v Alena Lunin On June 18, 2015, Olivia Allan, by and through her mother, Julie Malmen,


filed a Grievance Statement against Alena Lunin. Pursuant to Article XXV, sec- tion 3(B) of the U.S. Figure Skating Bylaws, the Grievance was referred to the chair of the U.S. Figure Skating Ethics Committee, who accepted the Grievance with U.S. Figure Skating becoming the nominal Grievant. The Grievance State-


ment alleged the Respondent violated GR 1.03 in connection with her coach- ing and supervision of the Grievant. Pursuant to GCR 3.02(E), the matter pro- ceeded as a Combined Grievance with the Professional Skaters Association. On December 4, 2015, a telephonic hearing was held. The Hearing Panel


unanimously found that Respondent did not violate GR 1.03. A written State- ment of Decision was issued on December 9, 2015 that dismissed the Grievance.
