PROJECTS MANAGER £32,000 to £40,000 per annum | South East

We are looking for a Projects Manager to manage a number of smaller works (£150k to £500k) projects mainly in Surrey and London but also extending into Hampshire, Berkshire & West Sussex. You will liaise closely with our Guildford head office and lead our foremen on site. You will be responsible for ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard; you will be the primary day-to-day contact for the client and for visiting members of the professional team. Technical competence is a high priority.

The position will suit somebody looking to move into project management from a site management position, working towards CIOB qualifications.
