Joe Biden May Not Run Again in ’24
IT’S TIME FOR BIDEN TO QUIT Why were President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris elected in the first place? The nation was in the depths of COVID-19. Then- President Donald Trump, rightly or wrongly, was perceived as not taking the pandemic seriously. Biden was thought of as a more experienced, though not flawless, alternative. Harris was a symbol of minority hope, much as Barack Obama had been in
2008. Sadly, neither Biden nor Harris is up to the job — both fly by the seat of their pants and both are in the thrall of the progressive wing of the Democratic Party. Our nation needs genuine leadership that can restore this country’s greatness and guarantee its institutions. Until that happens, we can expect more damaging left-leaning mediocrity from the White House. (“Endgame,” August)

LIARS ON LEFT The truth is none on the left in Congress has ever had to live under socialism or communism, so they have no idea of the reality. If you never thought that the U.S. couldn’t be threatened by insider communists, you may want to rethink that one. Don’t forget the term “useful idiots” (often attributed to Lenin) — a term to describe the ignorant who are being used to subvert our country. This destruction began years ago. As someone who fled Cuba, I can say with certainty that if you have not lived under socialism or communism, you have no clue about what it really means.

SCOUTING SAVES YOUTH Bring back society from this current craziness by embracing the programs and values of the Boy Scouts of America. Scouting programs are available to all youth, from the ages of 5 to 20. Why? Duty to God and country, for starters. BANKING SCAMS Your article (“7 Biggest Banking Scams,” August), highlighting the latest tricks used by hackers to steal from our accounts, was most informative. It’s the sort of consumer news everyone can use. But what about the banks themselves? They’re not clean. Nearly everyone remembers the fake account and fees scam a few years ago. Your article would have been more well-rounded if you had

GENDER BENDERS Facebook has added fields to user profiles for gender and pronouns. They claim to be inclusive, but they excluded many people. I was born male. I’ve never indicated otherwise. Yet these fields were set for me, and are mandatory, and forced to be made public. There is no option but to label myself with Meta-approved pronouns and gender.
