Ambitious business leaders with an appetite for growth are being urged to team up with like-mind- ed employers to help their organisations for future success. Peer Networks is a national peer-to-peer net-
working programme delivered locally by SEMLEP’s Growth Hub. The scheme brings together diverse cohort
groups of individuals from across Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire to collab- oratively work through common business issues. T rough interactive action learning, the pro-
gramme enables you to discuss your own chal- lenges, gain and refl ect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them. T e programme is due to launch this month,
with trained facilitators leading high-impact small group sessions dedicated to topics including fi nance, HR, sales and marketing and off ering one- to-one coaching. Vicky Hlomuka, Manager of SEMLEP’s Growth
Hub, said: “Peer Networks is designed for business leaders who want to grow and develop their organ- isation for future success. “We know that businesses that seek external ad- vice or undertake formal training are more likely to improve their overall performance, but many prefer to take advice from trusted sources, such as their peers, when presented with external challenges and opportunities. “Peer Networks enables you to make connec- tions that go far beyond traditional networking, this is about building a trusted network of connections

Am I eligible? SEMLEP Growth Hub’s Peer Networks programme is available to any SME business in Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire that has: - Operated for at least one year - At least fi ve employees - A turnover of at least £100,000 - An aspiration to improve -
