Innovations and Spring-Summer Campaign 2019 from Wera launched

EASONED Wera fans and Tool Rebels among you will already be aware of the bi-annual release of Wera’s Campaigns for new


and existing promotional products. The company continues to innovate and challenge existing standards, even their own. The 2019 Innovations and Spring-Summer Campaign, launched last month, is no exception.


Wera introduced their user specifi c kits in 2015, combining the most popular screwdriving hand tool and power tool accessories for specifi c applications: plumbing (KK SH1 & KK SH2 PlumbKits), general maintenance (KK W1 Maintenance Kit), wood (KK H1 Wood Kit) and metal (KK M1 Metal Kit).


Acknowledging that Tool Rebels don’t just reside in the industry and craft sectors, the latest launch sees the introduction of Wera Bicycle Sets: compact screwdriver sets that are aimed at bicycle applications both on the road and professionally in workshops.


The Wera Bicycle Set 1 - a handy, compact and lightweight tool set - contains the famed Zyklop Mini 1, resilient enough to withstand at least 65Nm worth of torque whilst boasting a small ratcheting return angle of 6°. Combined with screwdriver bits covering the most popular profi les found on a bike, Bicycle Set 1 provides you with an ideal, professional solution for quick-fi x repairs on the move.


Many components on bikes require torque-controlled tightening, particularly


with modern carbon-fi bre frames and components. Preventing over-tightening can avoid costly damage, fractures and cracks. The new Wera Bicycle Torque Set 1 combines the most popular profi les in the form of sockets and holding function bit-sockets with the Click-Torque A5, 2.5 – 25Nm wrench covering the majority of bicycle applications.


The Click-Torque wrenches were launched at Köln Eisenwarenmesse in March 2018, with the C3, ½” drive, 40-200Nm wrench as the headliner. The torque range the C3 provides is perfect for automotive applications. Click-Torque C3 Set 1 encompasses Wera’s desire to make life “easier, safer, and full of joy" for users, taking their specifi c needs into account.

Hexagon 4 & 5mm (5Nm) in VDE (1000v), and TX 20 (4Nm), TX 25 (5Nm), Hex 4mm (4Nm) and Hex 5mm (5Nm).


Also showcasing is a new multi-purpose, 11-piece screwdriver set Wera have put together, comprising the cult bottle opener, four coasters and the headlining limited edition Tool Rebel drinks tray. This eye-grabbing product set is already rating highly among Wera fans.
