grown into a whole weekend of festivities as we turn our historic house and gardens into a playground for pirates. Raiders and scallywags can prepare to pillage the treasures of Tredegar House and take part in a whole host of pirate- themed activities that have earned the

Vale of Glamorgan Classic Car Show

T e Rotary Club of Dinas Powis is once again organising the Vale of Glamorgan Classic car show on the 27 May 2019 in the grounds of the Sully Sports and Leisure Club. In its 7th year the event welcomes classic car enthusiasts from all over South Wales and the West Country and beyond to share their passion for classics. T e Gates open to the public at 10:30, the cost of entrance is £3.50 for adults, accompanied under 14s free. Come and join Captain John Voyage and Dr Goggins as they explore the Island of Honopopo. Roar into Summer with the Maiden of Flowers awe–inspiring lion. Meet ‘Yeshe’ the Yak, the BEASTS and learn about the Cryptid Petting Zoo! No real animals on show, it’s all amazing theatre! A great family day out. Wear your best animal onesie! Dr Goggins, take you on a buff oon’s romp through the golden age of adventure. Beginning at their base camp on the island of Honopopo, you will journey deep into the jungle’s dark heart searching for new species, lost civilisations and loot! Plundering the age of the exotic in children’s fi ction, the show draws on T e Jungle Book, Tarzan, T e Lost World and T e Land that Time Forgot, mixing it all with a dash of Carry On up the Jungle.
