The position of a Senior Sales Executive has arisen due to the success of our exciting new development The Mill, located in a prime location within Cardiff.


The successful applicant will be an experienced and effective Sales Executive, with a proven track record of new homes sales and excellent customer service.


This full time, permanent role encompasses achieving excellent results via customer satisfaction and the “Customer Journey”. Selling homes within an


agreed budget and timescale in compliance with our Sales Policies and Procedures and to lead and motivate the sales team.


The applicant will be experienced, self-motivated, a “people person” who can make a positive impact and work within an established team demonstrating strong leadership and motivational skills.
