awarded not only the Seal of Excellence award, but also the Best Site Manager in Wales award for the Medium Housebuilder category for a third consecutive year.

This success comes after Dale and fellow Llanmoor Site Managers, Mark Thomas and Dave Vincent, were each awarded NHBC Quality Awards in June following a series of site visits by the NHBC judges where they were assessed on how they handle issues such as health and safety, cost control, customer care and site efficiency.

Pride in the Job is the housebuilding industry’s most prestigious awards programme. Running for 35 years, Pride in the Job is dedicated to recognising the site managers who achieve the highest standards in housebuilding. Seal of Excellence Awards are presented to the top 130 site managers, split by region, selected from the 430 Quality Award winners. From the Seal of Excellence winners in each region, one overall Regional Winner is selected in each of the five builder categories. Dale, who is one of just 11 Regional Winners across the UK, will now go on to compete in the national

stage of the awards; the Supreme Awards in London in January next year. Dale commented: “I always strive to improve the quality of work on site so it is with great pride that I have now received the NHBC award for three consecutive years. A crucial aspect of my job is to enforce Llanmoor’s ethos of delivering the highest standard of service and constantly challenge trade standards as a means of achieving excellence.” Tim Grey, Sales Director at Llanmoor Homes, said: “We’re delighted to have been so successful at the Pride in the Job Awards for the third year running. Dale is an outstanding Site Manager and we’re all extremely grateful for his continual hard work and commitment.

“Dale and the whole site team at the Padfield Court development should be exceedingly proud of themselves for providing such a high standard of care to the properties and their residents.” NHBC is the UK's leading standard-setting body and provider of warranty and insurance for new homes. They work with the house-building industry to raise the standards of new homes and to provide consumer protection for homebuyers.
