Last chance to buy in Hendy

House hunters are running out of time to buy at a popular new-build development in Hendy. Persimmon Homes has built 91 new properties at its Cwrt Y Bedw scheme off Heol Llywn Bedw. Now, less than two years since construction began, there are just half a dozen properties left to be sold.

Once those final six have been snapped up and all of the work completed around the area the bulldozers will roll off site and Persimmon will leave the development to flourish. Sharon Bouhali, sales director at Persimmon Homes West Wales, said: “Cwrt y Bedw has been a huge success. We are now at the stage where there are just a few properties left to sell before the advertising boards are removed and work comes to an end. “There are two and three-bedroom properties remaining which are perfect for first-time buyers. This could be a fantastic opportunity for people to take that all-important first step onto the property ladder.

Cwrt Y Bedw offers a village lifestyle with access to beautiful open spaces, alongside easy access to Swansea. Persimmon Homes is proud of the impact it has in South Wales.

As well as building the new homes that the

region so desperately needs, this year the company will contribute more than £2m to improve infrastructure in the area. As part of the Cwrt Y Bedw project, Persimmon paid £57,026 towards educational

provision and £130,336 towards public open space.
