Christmas Market so unique With over 80 beautifully decorated wooden stalls returning to the pedestrian areas of Cardiff City Centre (St John Street, Working Street, Hills Street, the Hayes and Trinity Street) bringing you a rolling programme of over 200 talented artists and craſt s people, together with a varied selection of food and alcohol producers. T e talented makers with their unique products are the essence of what makes the Cardiff Christmas Market so special, with each one carefully selected to give you the best shopping off er possible. From Welsh slate and craſt ed candles, to tasty cheeses, fruit wines, silver jewellery, pottery and original artwork you’ll be able to fi nd something for everyone on your Christmas giſt s list whilst enjoying some hot mulled wine as you browse. Starting from T ursday 9 November as part of the Step into Christmas celebrations and will run until Saturday 23 December. Stalls will open Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm and late nights in December at 10am to 7pm on T ursday 14, Friday 15, Saturday 16, T ursday 21 & Friday 22.


Christmas Nights at St Fagans


Celebrate in style with carols in the chapel, traditional Welsh Plygain singing in the church and a Brass Band on Gwalia Green. Make a start on your Christmas shopping at our Makers’ Market – a chance to pick up gifts and treats you won’t fi nd on the High Street. For the lit le ones there’ll be a chance to meet Santa, with a tale or two from Mother Christmas to keep you entertained while you wait your turn. You can write your Christmas list at the Victorian Schoolhouse and post it at Wales’ smallest post offi ce. Then make something special at our family friendly craft workshops. With logs on the fi re, trimmings on the tree and plenty of yuletide family fun - there’s sure to be something to jingle your bells at St Fagans this Christmas. From 6–9 December 2017, 6-9pm. Crafts for Christmas at St Donats Arts Centre Come along to the annual Crafts for Christmas Fayre at St Donats Arts Centre, Llantwit Major. CF61 1WF, to browse


a wonderful collection of over 50 stalls including jewellery, wood, glass, ceramics, textiles, craft and so much more! Enjoy Festive entertainment and an outdoor Birds of Prey display in the beautiful castle gardens. There is something for the little ones too including Children’s craft workshop and facepainting by Fabulous Faces! Relax over coffee and cake whilst taking in the stunning sea views from our café before continuing on to the food hall in our medieval Tythe Barn where you will fi nd food stalls including bread, wine, pizza and cake stalls, not to mention our outdoor food stalls too! All in all a fantastic start to the festive season... and you might even meet Santa too! There is something for everyone at this one day event on Sunday 3rd December, 10.30am – 4.30pm. Entrance is £6 per car or £2 per person on foot.
