Questions l Do you use your systems to the full extent of its capacity? I suggest the answer is No. lDo you know what bolt-ons are available to bring your legacy systems closer to becoming the ultimate tool? Again, I suggest the answer is No.
Journey Our SAP User Group has seen a lot of companies the over years who are on their technology journey and who are focused on answering the above two questions. We have had members who are at different
stages of their SAP journey. From planning implementation, currently implementing, upgrading to S4HANA to struggling with making the system work for them.
New focus Time moves on so as from our 22 April meeting we are focusing more on the O2C

process. We will be using Break-out Rooms so we can split the attendees into groups that will focus on specific areas. These groups will be supported by our
partners Corcentric, Esker and PIKON all of whom bring a lot of expertise and knowledge. However, we will not loose the facility for
attendees to share their challenges and successes with each other at the ‘roundtable’.
Self-help The SAP User Group has always been a ‘self-help group’, which will continue, and we will be answering all those difficult questions and many more, including: l How does credit management work in SAP? lHow is credit exposure calculated in SAP? l How do I change a credit limit in SAP? lWhat is Credit Master Data in SAP? l How do I send a dunning letter in SAP? l How do I manage disputes in SAP?
