The Credit Excellence Awards have established themselves as a real judge of excellence in the industry, as applicants compete to win a limited number or awards, and to be on a genuine shortlist of finalists made up of only the industry’s finest.
The Credit Excellence Awards are unique because applications for each category are open to the whole range of the industry in those sectors. So you can apply if you are an individual credit professional, a team, a consumer or commercial creditor, a supplier company, or a product. Once again, this year, the awards are completely free to enter, and each award is judged by a unique panel of three industry experts.

l Credit Excellence Award in Compliance. l Credit Excellence Award in Risk, Data, and Fraud Prevention. l Contribution to the Credit Industry Credit Excellence Award.
Our panel of industry-expert judges have a hard job each year in deciding who is the very best in each category. They are looking for candidates who display truly exceptional behaviour, going over and above what is expected in the industry. Do candidates exhibit professional excellence and processes, working in a way that is likely to inspire others in the profession and to reflect well on the industry as a whole? Do they achieve real results, by introducing innovation to the industry? Do they show real customer focus, with a genuine desire to ‘go the extra mile’ to benefit customers and provide the best possible customer outcomes?
