CCRInteractive 2020 CCRInteractive: Up For Discussion

At CCR, we have found that credit professionals learn best from industry peers when specific questions can be answered in person during a round-table debate.

Up for discussion At CCRInteractive, in association with Arvato Financial Solutions, we are proud to host a series of rooms holding sessions on the key issues throughout the day: one early morning, one late morning, and one in the afternoon. Although the themes of each debate are likely to evolve with news events as we

approach the big day (and you will be welcome to guide the debates as you wish), we initially plan for the day to include the following themes:

l The Big Commercial Debate, covering themes such as: l Late payment trends. l Recruiting the best collectors. l Preparing for the future.

l The Big Information Debate, covering themes such as: l Sources of information. l Open Banking. l Big Data.

l The Big Technology Debate, covering themes such as: l Proving the most efficient collections service with technology. l Being able to evidence your compliance steps. l Using technology to constantly improve.

l The Big Regulation Debate, covering themes such as: l Understanding what is being asked of you. l Regulation in a time of political change. l Setting yourself apart by your compliance work.

l The Big Collections Debate, covering themes such as: l How compliance and collections work together. l Collections in a customer-driven world.

About CCR’s Round-Table Debates CCR now has huge experience in running debates that have been enjoyed by close to 600 credit professionals over the past five years – and that number is growing all the time! Delegates will have the chance to raise their own points and

questions to the group, ensuring that everyone makes the most of this exciting and knowledge-led day.

l The Big Vulnerability Debate, covering themes such as: l Vulnerability and GDPR. l Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. l Allowing your customers to educate you in how they need to be approached.

l The Big Legal and Enforcement Debate, covering themes such as: l Developments in regulation of the legal and enforcement sector.

l Training your agents at the door. l Where legal collections sits in the procedures of a modern- day creditor.

“I always find CCRInteractive highly enjoyable and informative. There is a strong spirit of collaboration, sharing and support. For people new to the industry, it is the fastest way to get up to speed; for those longer in the industry, it is a great way to stay on top of best practice, new technology, and innovation.” Andrew Jackson, head of collections & recoveries, Funding Circle
