“We have a strong sense of community and togetherness, when elsewhere loneliness is a huge problem – even within families. We’re very lucky to be able to live as we do. Everyone here is unique and everyone contributes. There’s meaningful work and a common purpose. As co-workers we are doing this together (with the villagers), there’s a relationship and interdependence on both sides, which is how real people live,” said Erwin.
