P&P LIVE! 2020 Show returners for 2020

As well as new exhibitors, Printwear & Promotion LIVE! also welcomes back into the fold a whole host of returning exhibitors year on year. Here P&P editor Melanie Attlesey catches up with one exhibitor last seen on the show floor in 2012 and another who last exhibited in 2016.

Spall Sports (A52) Having last exhibited in 2012, itʼs high time Spall Sports made a return to Printwear & Promotion LIVE!

“When we last exhibited we found it to be very beneficial. We have decided it is time to re-exhibit to showcase our latest product range such as part sublimation training wear, socks and fully sublimated sportswear,” explains Saj Khawaja, managing director.

As a UK manufacturer, Spall Sports offers a wide variety of bespoke private label sportswear, ranging from on field playing kits to a mixture of training and leisurewear. By exhibiting, Spall Sports aims to show potential customers the benefits of sublimation and how to minimise costs by replacing printing and embroidery, thus increasing their profit margin. Having recently invested in a socks manufacturing unit, which allows Spall Sports to make bespoke socks with a quick lead time, the exhibition provides the ideal opportunity to present this option to potential customers.

Saj adds: “Meeting new and existing customers is one of the main incentives in taking part in exhibitions. P&P LIVE! will allow us to better understand the market and create new products, so it is mutually beneficial to us and our customers. We are most looking forward to meeting new

customers, but also putting a face to all of our existing customers who we have never had the opportunity to meet.”

Banner is hoping to introduce visitors to its APTUS Essentials’ range

After an absence of four years, Banner is back to exhibit with its new sportswear offering. “We now feel that with the exceptional growth that we have seen on the sportswear side of our business that there is an opportunity to promote our sportswear collections to a wider printwear and promotion customer base,” explains Howard Wilder, sales director.

He adds: “Our sportswear proposition is one of the strongest in the market and therefore presents an opportunity for new customers to grow with us.” Bannerʼs brand portfolio consists of modern co-ordinated ranges that are ethically sourced and are not only comfortable to wear and fit for purpose, but also technically advanced. By exhibiting, Howard says that the team are hoping to raise awareness for their vast range of stock supported sportswear covering multisport activities from athletics to football, rugby, hockey etc. and to reach a much wider audience that includes sports clubs, sports teams and tours. On stand will be Bannerʼs APTUS Essentials entry-level sportswear range that was launched earlier in the year, as well as items from the APTUS Performance collection. Another key range on stand will be Bannerʼs Orion Sportswear brand with a focus on its sublimated product, with a four-week lead time from sign off of designs, and more than 18 different style options. “We are most looking forward to reacquainting ourselves with the visitors to P&P LIVE!,” concludes Howard.
