P&P LIVE! 2020

The exhibitor line-up begins to build with new additions

Each and every year, companies from far and wide test the waters by exhibiting for the first time at Printwear & Promotion LIVE!, with many of these becoming regular exhibitors. Here, P&P editor Melanie Attlesey speaks with some of those companies looking to extend their reach in the garment decoration industry.

Customer Focus (G24)

Looking to reach out to those in the promotional products side of the industry is Customer Focus. Formed two decades ago, the company provides software and information solutions to the promo sector. You will find on stand three industry experts, live demos of some of Customer Focusʼ most up-to-date technology solutions and as Kathryn Stockton, sales manager, laughs: “Some mints and crisps and friendly happy faces!” She adds: “Itʼs all about providing everybody with an interest in promo, or those who would like to get involved in promo, a solution allowing them to source, quote and sell promo products successfully. We want to share our knowledge and expertise and show potential customers how easy it is to sell promo.” When asked why the team has chosen to exhibit at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! for the first time, Kathryn says: “We have of course known about the show for many years and it has a proven record of success. With the rise in companies looking at promo as an add on to their core business, we think that we will be able to offer visitors a service that is not only needed but easy, professional and cost effective.”

Meet Customer Focus’ friendly team at P&P LIVE! Product Zone (P62)

Exploring new markets and meeting new people are the key reasons behind Product Zoneʼs decision to exhibit for the first time at P&P LIVE! “We are always looking for new markets to enter, and we are confident that the showʼs format will enable us to meet new people, develop new relationships and create some interesting new leads,” says Tony Marks, director.

As one of the UKʼs largest fully bespoke headwear suppliers, Product Zone is well placed to help visitors looking to source bespoke headwear. The team can source caps ranging from promotional giveaways to high-end fashion. On stand visitors will find Product Zoneʼs vast range of bespoke headwear, including baseball caps and various styles of knitted hats, with different embellishment techniques from flat embroidery to the latest high frequency finishes. “Printwear & Promotion LIVE! is the industryʼs main UK show with a huge range of exhibitors and attendees. We are impressed with the diversity of organisations and individuals attending and look forward to sharing our expertise,” concludes Tony.
