The system can produce 20 to 30 linear metres per hour of regular DTF transfers, with Ultra DTF transfers running at an average of 12 linear metres per hour.

Resolute will launch its groundbreaking Ultra DTF transfer system in 2025. This innovative direct to film (DTF) process is designed to produce transfers that not only cover stripes on sports shirts but also block out sublimation dye, setting a new standard in textile printing.
Developed by Colin Marsh, Resolute’s R&D director, over the past 18 months, the Ultra DTF transfer system has undergone rigorous long-term testing since September 2023. Remarkably, the team at Resolute is yet to find a fabric that cannot be successfully decorated using this advanced process. This achievement underscores our dedication to delivering top-tier solutions in textile printing.
