MB: Dark rides seem to be only growing in popularity. Why do you think that is? SB: As guests increasingly seek experiences that allow them to fully immerse and become part of the story, dark rides are ideally suited to meet this demand. They bring together storytelling and immersion, drawing visitors into deeply narrative-driven worlds. With recent technological advances, dark rides can now create magical environments where media and decor blend naturally, making the experience feel almost otherworldly. By offering personalized, story-driven adventures, dark rides have become must-try attractions, delivering not just excitement but lasting memories. And unlike many other immersive attractions, they uniquely balance personalization with efficiency, maintaining high guest throughput through controlled flow.


MB: think have been your key developments in 2024? SB: In response to client and guest expectations, we have upgraded our technology to include new features such as wireless functionality, enhanced fluidity, and the capacity to support more participants simultaneously. Our focus has been on creating tools and solutions that immerse guests in the story, enabling them to make choices that shape the experience and enhance their sense of being part of the adventure. 
