INTERVIEWWITHWETWALL UK Q&A
ensure we’re ready for the big refresh in 2027. We’re verymuch focused on product and brand preparation, with a whole suite ofmarketing collateral available to support customers at a retail level. That doesn’tmean we’ve not got a lot to
shout about – we’ve recently launched a new campaign aimed at installers based on the insights gleamed fromthe survey. The aimis to convincemore installers of the benefits of wall panels over tiling and keep us front ofmind for that audience.
Anything you can share about 2027 plans? The start of the new year willmark a dramatic shift in our
capabilities. Not only are we looking at introducing new decors into our collections but we’re also bringing in significant investment into our production facilities which will see a step change in our range of décor offers. Our aimis to get back to leading trends, not following them. The investment continues with new resource internally in the formof dedicated designmanager who will help guide our new range development.
We’re also looking at getting even closer to our
installer audience. They’re a big focus for us and key will be giving installers evenmore reason to interact with the
brand.New initiatives and dedicated resources are being developed to help make our installer audience evenmore engaged. Furthermore, we’ve also partnered with
another premiumdesigner of interior products to bring their designs onto our range. It’s extremely exciting and represents a new opportunity for us to partner with brands whose ambitionmatches our
own.One to watch!
