business combining product development with investment in its sales operation and
infrastructure. Many newproducts have already been introduced, while a newERP systemis helping the companymanage its growing operation. “We’ve had a great year so far, it’s almost
M
impossible to sumit up in a few words,” says Laura. “We launched over 100 new products at the beginning of the year, some an extension of current collections and others completely brand new, allowing us to expand our product portfolio further offering our customers an even better choice.” For Laura, however, growth is ultimately about
maintaining the standards and relationships that have helped establishMyLife in themarket. “Our goal has always been to become one of
the UK & Ireland’s leading bathroombrands, that is recognised for quality at the heart of everything we do,” she explains. “That’s everything fromthe rawmaterials chosen in our products to the MyLife teammember picking up the phone to help with your query.” That philosophy is particularly evident in the
company’s approach to its retail partners. Increased stockholding across its three branches has been combined with a dedicated support operation covering both aftersales and technical enquiries.
yLife has enjoyed a particularly active first half of 2026,with the
“Both our Supply Chain andOperations Teams
haveworked extremely hard to secure and store an increased stock holding that allows us to fulfil orders quicker and offer next-day delivery to over 63% of our customers,” says Laura. “Plus, our dedicated Customer Service Support team, with full Aftersales and Technical support, are always a phone call away to help with any queries.” The business has also taken steps to help
retailers navigate a challenging commercial
environment. One example is its decision to reduce freestanding bath prices by 11%, with the move designed to provide greater value while maintaining the quality and design credentials of the range. “We know how volatile themarket is out
there and to help our customers stay competitive, yes, we reduced the price of our Freestanding Baths by 11%,” Laura says. “It’s a reflection of our continued commitment to delivering strong value to our customer partners, all whilst offering products thatmeet the highest standards of quality, design and reliability.” Listening to retailers has also influenced
development within the ceramics
portfolio.MyLife has revised its toilet seat fittings to simplify installation and improve the fixing, while Vortex technology has been introduced to the Brant CC Fully Enclosed toilet pan. “The enhancementmeans there are less
installation parts so quicker to fit with no mistakes, and it’s amore solid fix so less
movement of the seat for the end user,” Laura explains. “We’ve also introduced Vortex technology into one of our toilet pans, which is designed to deliver a cleaner, quieter andmore efficient flush, providing a complete bowl clean while using less water.” There is plentymore product development
ahead, with the company preparing what it describes as its largest furniture launch to date. Nine new ranges will combinemodern and traditional styling with a contemporary edge, alongside extensive opportunities for personalisation. “Lots of wood, colours, personalising with
choice of basins, worktops or handles,” Laura says. “We know our customers are going to love the new offering, and we’re excited to showcase it at the end of the year.” The next stage ofMyLife’s development will
also be supported by a significant investment in its physical infrastructure. A new 105,000 sq ft purpose-built warehouse and office facility is due to open towards the end of 2026, creating additional capacity as well as new opportunities for the business. “The new larger facilitiesmean we canmeet
increasing customer demands, create new job opportunities, and improve our customer experience as wemaintain exceptional standards of care throughout 2027 and into the future,” Laura concludes. “Another exciting year ahead for us all at TeamMyLife!”
