Like all partnerships you have to work hard to maintain good relationships and that means constantly finding improvements to the way we handle new products such as packaging and product handling. We’ve been working with some of our suppliers for over 25 years and some of our customers longer than that and it all comes down to making things better than before”. Maintaining an open and constructive dialogue with 50 suppliers and over 3,000 customers is at the heart of everything Claygate does. Their recent industry awards would pay homage to the fact they are doing something right.
