The acclaimed ‘DeKauri’ bath credenza was on display at the Cosentino stand; an innovative stand-alone vanity unit designed by Argentinian architect Daniel Germani in collaboration with

Italian furniture manufacturer, RIVA 1920. Combining beauty and functionality, ‘DeKauri’ is made with ancient Kauri wood and includes a basin crafted from Dekton XGloss Halo. In addition, Cosentino’s Silestone and Dekton surfaces could be found in ‘The Diner’ installation, awarded the Milano Design Award for ‘Best Engagement’. An immersive experience, ‘The Diner’ was a fully functional pop-up restaurant by David Rockwell and design studio 2x4 in collaboration with the American publication,

Surface. Dekton was also the worktop of choice for two further collaborations – French designer Marc Sadler specified Dekton Sirius in his GranGusto kitchen in partnership with RIVA 1920; whilst Spanish interior designer Frances Rifé chose Dekton Kelya for the cabinetry cladding and worktops in his ‘Nature’ kitchen concept for Spanish kitchen manufacturer, Mobalco.
