Kbb a Golden Opportunity for Collaboration Focus

The biggest event in the KBB calendar is nearly here and we can’t wait to be a part of it.

The 2024 instalment of kbb is particularly exciting because right now is such a pivotal time for our industry. Design, sustainability and innovation will be front and centre with so many brands set to launch new products offerings. Collaboration is a hot topic in our industry right now. Whether its on education, compliance, standards of sustainability, we are working closer together than ever before. The end goal remains to benefit installers, retailers and end customers while strengthening the resilience of the KBB sector. That's why kbb 2024 is so crucial. It brings everyone together under one roof, with a sharp focus on what makes our sector one of the most exciting and innovative around.

Showerwall will be one of many brands launching a major new product range with the addition of 19 new panel designs. We can't wait to see what surprises await us from others in attendance.

Independent retailers need to anticipate this in the sales conversation with clear evidence, which conveys how efficient a product will be over its lifespan. As kitchen specialists, we have a duty of care to help consumers understand the raft of features and benefits available so that they can make the best use of their budget when it comes to choosing the right kitchen appliance for them.

Rotpunkt notes experimental style, refined finishes and green design in 2024

Matt Phillips, Head of UK Operations at Rotpunkt says “We have identified experimental kitchen design as one of the biggest interior trends in 2024, as consumers want the freedom to make original product choices and zero-in on an eclectic mix of contemporary materials and custom design elements.

STYLE: Consumers want the freedom to make original product choices and zero-in on an eclectic mix of contemporary materials and custom design elements. Sleek kitchen furniture will become less predictable thanks to a new affinity for quality raw materials and visual texture will be added through colour and light with wood finishes, textured stone, and metal favoured most.

FINISH TOUCHES: There will be a strong emphasis on high-quality handles, sophisticated integrated lighting, and democratic sizing to accommodate changing storage needs as flexible living continues to encompass work, rest, study and play. CONSTRUCTION: Learning more about everything from raw materials to logistics has now become part of the customer journey, as we all choose to invest in our home and lifestyle with a clear conscience.”
